Q. Why Adopt? Adoption is a wonderful way to build your family and give a waiting child a family to call their own. When children in foster care cannot be safely returned home to their parents, an adoption plan is possible.

Every year, many children in Oregon are left without a permanent home. They are children whose birth parents couldn't take care of them. They need parents and families of their own.
